One of the best new features in the Summer 10 Release is Lookup Filters. Lookup Filters allow your salesforce.com Administrator to limit Lookups to specific types of records. For example, a Contact Lookup field on the Account Detail Page could automatically only list the Contacts linked to that Account when the Lookup button is pressed.
