Boomi AtomSphere

Boomi AtomSphere is a Software-as-a-Service integration tool that connects your Salesforce.com system to any combination of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), cloud, and on-premise applications without the burden of installing and maintaining software packages or appliances. AtomSphere can connect Salesforce.com to accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage MAS, Intaact, and Peachtree, JD Edwards and others. It also can connect to SQL databases such Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and DB2. AtomSphere can connect with non-SQL databases such as Microsoft Access and FileMakerPro. It can import data from text (csv) files stored both within your own network on those accessed via secure FTP sites. SalesPath selected this tool for integrations because most integrations can be done without expensive programming that often requires on-going maintenance costs.

 

Boomi QuickBooks Widget

Boomi has developed a predefined integration between QuickBooks and Salesforce.com that is quick to implement and very affordable. View your invoices and sales history in Salesforce.com imported regularly from QuickBooks. The QuickBooks Widget works with both on-premise QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.

 

Appregetta MashMatrix Dashboards

MashMatrix is a dashboard tool that overcomes many of the limitations of the standard Salesforce.com Dashboard. Dashboards are updated real-time from within a Salesforce.com tab. You can report on any Salesforce.com object with any possible relationship between objects. You can create a single dashboard that can be shared with multiple users while only revealing the records that they have access to. MashMatrix also allows for "drill down" to child records (such as Accounts to Sales Orders to Sales Order Lines).

 

Conga Merge

With as few as two clicks, Conga Merge produces sophisticated documents such as account and opportunity profiles, proposals, quotes or call sheets with information gathered from multiple Salesforce objects. Mass-merge letters and labels can be produced in less than a minute with the Conga Merge mass-merge wizard interface. For spreadsheets, Conga Merge saves hours of re-keying with a merge-to-Excel option that allows precise positioning of Salesforce field values in specific worksheet cells, instantly populating Excel-based proposals, quotes and reporting solutions. Conga Merge also works for Apple Mac users whereas the Salesforce.com Mail Merge does not.

 

Conga Courier

Ensure perfectly-timed delivery of routine management reports every Friday afternoon, or Open Leads reports Monday morning, on-time, every week, and completely hands-off. Build any report according to the needs of recipients, then chose the report from a Conga Courier Schedule. When the report is generated, Conga Courier delivers the “printable view” as an HTML file with an .xls extension for desktop PC or Blackberry recipients, or .html for Windows Mobile users.

 

ClickTools

ClickTools reduce the time, effort and cost associated with deployment of custom surveys, forms and landing pages. Easily send Customer Satisfaction and Closed Case surveys to customers with a single click, and then have the completed survey information be automatically posted back to a Salesforce.com record for reporting and workflow triggered follow-up.

 

Voice2Insight

Getting sales reps to enter customer phone call and meeting notes into a Salesforce.com event or task record is always a challenge. This challenge is even more acute for field sales reps who spend the majority of their day in the field. Voice2Insight (v2i) increases Salesforce.com adoption and makes it simpler for sales reps to record these notes. A rep can call a 1-800 number and then simply dictate their notes from the meeting. These notes then are transcribed by real people (not using some voice-to-text software that is inaccurate) and recorded with the respective record in your Salesforce.com database. Reps also can create other records, such as quickly adding a new contact or scheduling a meeting all with a simple phone call.

 

MarketSync

While email communications is the most common "touch" sales reps use today, most email messages little attention in the recipient's Inbox. With the typical business contact receiving over a hundred messages a day (that are not caught by a spam filter), it is no wonder that your messages may not get the results you want. A personal letter or package mailed to the contact gets more attention. Sales reps, however, are reluctant to send lit kits and other printed information because of the effort it takes them to gather the collateral, write and print the letter, package the information, and then mail it. Even if the rep took the initiative, it usually takes 15 minutes or more - time not spent selling. MarketSync allows reps to send personalized cover letters with their signatures along with selected collateral, kits, and gifts (e.g., coffee mug, pen set) from within Salesforce.com without leaving their desk. It all can be done in less than 2 minutes. SalesPath also can work with you to develop an effective "warm up" drip marketing campaign for targeted C-Level contacts that uses MarketSync.

 

DemandTools

The #1 issue for any CRM customer is keeping their database accurate. No matter how strongly a company may encourage CRM users to check for duplicate records before creating new records, duplicates continue to grow. Combined with invalid addresses and other customer data, it is no wonder that most CRM databases lose 15% or more of its accuracy every year. DemandTools is the best tool we know of for keeping your Salesforce.com database accurate. Using advanced techniques and special rules, your Administrator can find and merge duplicate records that will never be found using the standard Salesforce.com tools. DemandTools also includes tools that check for potential duplicate records when importing, as well as address cleansing tools. We find that DemandTools is affordable for almost every Salesforce.com customer, and should be used regularly.

 

ExactTarget

While Salesforce.com can send mass emails, it is not the best option for most large campaigns. You can send no more than 1,000 email messages a day. It also is quite possible to get on various spam lists if you use this method extensively. While there are several third party email systems that integrate with Salesforce.com, SalesPath finds that ExactTarget is usually the best. You can select email recipients that are contacts or leads in a Salesforce.com report or campaign members. If a customer opts out from the email, ExactTarget can update the Salesforce.com opt-out flag in the Contact or Lead record. It also can update the related Salesforce.com record for other email recipient actions, such as when link to one of your featured Web pages is clicked. SalesPath uses ExactTarget for our customer newsletter and marketing campaigns.

 

iHance

While the Salesforce.com Connect for Outlook allows the user to select email messages in their Inbox and record them to the respective Salesforce contact or lead record, iHance does this automatically. Whether you send an email message or receive one, if a matching email address is found in your Salesforce.com database, iHance will automatically record it. It also allows for multiple email addresses for the same contact or lead record to be associated. If an email address shares the same domain name (e.g., @salespath.com) as other records in the database but cannot be found, the user has the option to quickly add a new contact to the related Account record with just a few clicks. iHance also can work with other email systems such as Lotus, Entourage, Apple Mail, and Groupwise.
