Intended for experienced Salesforce.com users and administrators of the Professional Edition, this workshop provides hands-on lab sessions and instruction on using the Salesforce.com Excel Connector utility.

Note: Since the Data Loader utility is not available with the Professional Editions of Salesforce.com and the Import Wizards only work with Leads, Contacts, and Accounts the unsupported Excel Connector tool often is used for importing other types of records and for doing updates to existing records.
